There is a standard Return Policy for returning product(s) back to Print Management Consultants Ltd (PMC Technology). Depending on the type of return you need to make a RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) request to our Returns Department.
You can do this now by using the PMC Technology on-line RMA request form below…

    Once the (RMA) Return Merchandize Authorization number is issued the product(s) should be shipped back to PMC Technology Service Centre (address below). The Return Authorization number should be clearly written on a sticky label placed on the outside of the shipping carton – do not write directly on the carton. If the number cannot be identified the product will be returned immediately at the senders expense. PMC Technology will be responsible for return freight of the product as soon as it has been established that the product was faulty or a credit will be issued.

    PMC recommends that product returned by post should be sent by registered or certified courier. PMC accepts no responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit.
