This makes the Brenmoor Tournistrip®eco a great addition to an Outdoors Recreation First Aid Kit or the larger dispenser units are ideal for onboard Emergency Vehicles or A & E Hospitals and Clinics.

They’re an easy to use, single use, cost effective and hygienic option to cloth tourniquets that require laundering and avoids a potential transfer vehicle for the spread of nosocomial infections.

It is easy to tension, adjust and can be repositioned on the same person up to 5 times. Release and removal is single-handed.
