The powerful yet intuitive CardPresso XXL interface takes you through the entire card designing process with ease. Choose from a broad selection of pre-defined templates, clipart, comprehensive graphic options, and design libraries.

Crop, flip, rotate, and resize your images with precision while you control the contrast, color balance, and brightness. Employee images can also be resized to fit the card space with FaceCrop – a tool that detects and automatically crops faces.

Effortlessly add a logo or brandmark and select specific colors, fonts, and text you want your card to contain. Your cards come to life in real-time as you’re working, and you’re able to preview exactly what they’ll look like before you hit “Print,” saving you time and re-printing costs.

Extensive printing capabilities
Print on one side or both sides of your card – in small, medium, or large batches – and enjoy consistent, reliable card quality. There’s also batch, auto, and conditional printing to help simplify your ID card production process.

Operation logs and user management tools in CardPresso XXL control the ID card application and print activity, and this can be used to audit the number of cards and the amount of data printed by a user.

In addition, CardPresso XXL supports printing over a network via a web print server.

Extensive external database connectivity
CardPresso XXL Software contains a standard internal database with photo connection. The amount of data this database houses is only limited by your disk space, making data management more convenient.

CardPresso XXL features .XLS, XLSX, .CSV, and .TXT database connections. It works with most common database engines including Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, Sybase, and others, supporting those databases that are ODBC/OLE DB compliant. To establish a link to the external database you’ll be using, simply run the ODBC manager. It goes a step further with:

• MS Access
• SQLite with photo field
• Search (query) records
• OLE objects and photo on database records
• Database record selection
• Operation logs
• ODBC connection to external database(s)

Encoding and security
Create and store cardholder information within a 1D and 2D barcodes, QR (Quick Response) codes, magnetic stripe, or by adding a cardholder’s signature with CardPresso XXL. Each of these adds an important layer of security and ID recognition to your ID cards.

CardPresso XXL provides the most flexibility with the option of smart card, contactless RFID, DESFire, and Mifare Ultralight encoding. In addition, you can add the cardholder’s signature for an extra level of ID recognition and security.

Advanced and corporate network usage
The CardPresso XXL Software includes a net license service that allows you to use the same license on up to 16 different computer workstations to share a database over the same Local Area Network (LAN).
